Sam Hilliard hit Medina's low fastball, which led to a home run batted into the center of the fence, successfully bringing the first base runner home.
The Rockies also brought a third base runner home when Medina's first base check failed to enter the glove of first baseman Pete Alonso, and the Rockies added two points only in the sixth inning, resulting in a score of 6-3 and 3 points.

After entering the plate at bat, Serven scored his first home run and his second home run, engraving his name in the heart of Rockies fans.

Colome led the game with ease, running three batters without a run in the eighth.
